Recently bought your book and dvd. Got through both of them and found them really great. You explain things very articulately with good tips and accurate details. Would recommend this book/dvd to any one practicing mma. My only regret is that I never bought it through your site to get the autograph. Never mind.

| Karo is a very exciting fighter and is definitely my most favorite fighter. He hasn't had much luck lately but with a renewed focus he wouldn't be needing any come fight time with that japanese judo guy.

How do you feel about the Sherk situation? He tests positive, stripped of LW belt, granted instant title shot and will fight winner of Penn/Stevenson for the LW belt.
Whereas you had a title shot, got injured, but were never given your title shot.
